It’s a universal experience, and yet so many people are ashamed to admit they feel lonely. The truth is - even those in a committed relationship or with an active social life can feel lonely at times.

In 2020, over 70% of millennials and Gen-Z'ers report feeling lonely - and that research came out before the coronovirus pandemic!

Whatever loneliness looks and feels like to you, it’s important to know that feeling lonely isn’t anything to be ashamed of and it isn’t a reflection of who you are.

I’ve brought together these quotes on loneliness from various leaders, teachers, actors and authors – I hope they bring you some comfort.
